Fundraiser Information - 2008 Golf Tournament

Greetings! 

Below you'll find links to the fliers for the 2^nd Annual Walt Davis Scholarship Fund Golf Tournament   on June 11, 2008.  We had a fantastic turnout last year and our goal is to double the player foursomes and hole sponsors this year!  

We'd like to fill the entire course with 144 players (36 foursomes).  The $99 player fee covers the lunch, green & cart fee, and a BBQ dinner following the tournament!  This is why the second goal of Hole Sponsorship is so important!  

We would also like to have 72+ hole sponsors this year!  Each sponsor will have a sign posted on a hole which will provide a great opportunity to get their name out there and the sponsorship money goes to a great cause!  It is essential that we meet this goal and we ask that every Rotarian obtain two Hole Sponsors and one foursome.  We are also in need of donated raffle prizes for the awesome raffle we have following the tournament!  

Please email friends, family, colleagues and anyone that is interested in participating or sponsoring the tournament.  We will be handing out copies of the fliers at our luncheon meeting on Wednesday, April 30, 2008, or you can simply print them here by clicking on the links below.  

For those who do not play golf, there is a BBQ dinner at 6 PM for $15 following the tournament.  Bring your friends and family as we will have plenty of food, a live band, dancing, and all sorts of fun!
